Game Boy

Before computers and new technologies, we used to played games using game console.

The game console has a long history and many famous brands have emerged in history, one of which is Nintendo. Nintendo has produced many successful game consoles and Game Boy is one of them. The Game Boy is Nintendo’s first handheld game console and it combined features from both the Nintendo Entertainment System and Game & Watch. Packing a huge amount of power into a tiny package, this little console proved a revolution in video gaming when it launched in Japan in 1989.

During its early lifetime, the Game Boy mainly competed with Sega’s Game Gear, Atari’s Lynx, and NEC’s TurboExpress. The Game Boy beat its rivals and became a tremendous success. Since then, everyone loves Game Boy. This pocket-sized system has sold over 100 million units, giving game players all over the world the freedom to play their favorite games – including Tetris, Super Mario, and Pokémon – no matter where they are.
